Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Handmade Nature: Please note that minor imperfections (such as slight variations in colour, texture, or size) are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a significant flaw that affects its function or durability, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including clear photos of the issue.

Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning an item, please reach out to us at powerofselection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged within 7 business days.

Items on sale or marked as “Final Sale”.

Items with minor handmade variations.
